How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 1 business day. From there, US delivery takes 3-7 business days via standard shipping. Need it faster? Express is available at checkout for $14.99 (1-3 days). You'll get a tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no bullshit. If the gear isn't what you expected, send it back for a full refund. No restocking fees, no "you used it"-excuses. Just message us, we send a prepaid label, you ship it back. Done.
Are your products covered by warranty?
Every tool comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something breaks under normal use, we replace it. Free. Sauces and consumables are obviously excluded — but they come with a satisfaction guarantee: don't like the heat, get a refund.
Where are your products made?
Our gear is sourced from vetted manufacturers worldwide — mostly Asia and Europe. We don't pretend everything's hand-forged in Texas. What we do: we personally test every product before adding it to the lineup. If it can't handle a real backyard cookout, it doesn't make the cut.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also track anytime at grillhamster.com/account if you created an account at checkout. If something looks weird with the tracking, just message us — we'll chase it down.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the US. International shipping is coming — sign up for our newsletter to get notified when your country goes live. We're rolling out Canada and EU first.
